2025-2026 WNCEPC Sponsorship Opportunities

The WNCEPC Sponsorship Program was created to support and enrich our association, providing professionals and organizations with opportunities to engage in and maximize their participation in our chapter activities and services. This program offers an excellent way to gain visibility while supporting the estate planning industry in WNC. Sponsors can customize benefits based on their desired level of exposure. All sponsorships are valid for the entire WNCEPC year, from July 1st through June 30th. Sponsorship levels and benefits are outlined below.

Sponsorship Tiers (Annual Term: July 1st – June 30th)
Sponsors receive right of first refusal through June 1 each year

GOLD SPONSOR – $2,500 (Maximum 4 available – First Come, First Serve)
• Prominent logo placement + link on WNCEPC homepage (Gold tier row) and sponsor page
• Name/logo featured on sponsor banner at all events (starting 2026/2027)
• Verbal recognition every program
• 1–2 minutes of mic time at one regular meeting (scheduled in advance)
• Two complimentary guest passes to any program
• Top placement in all WNCEPC program email communications

SILVER SPONSOR – $1,250 (Maximum 8 available – First Come, First Serve)
• Logo + link on sponsor page and homepage footer
• Name/logo featured on sponsor banner at all events (starting 2026/2027)
• Verbal recognition during meetings
• Secondary placement in all WNCEPC program email communications
